Capitalization
All princical words in a title are capitalized, even when they are not capitalized on the title page
Do not capitalize articles (a, an, the)
Do not capitalize prepositions if they are in the middle of the title (against, as, between, in, of, to, as)
Do not capitalize coordinating conjuctions (and, but, for, nor, or, so, yet)

The title of a periodical is set in italics
